The Museum has lift access to all floors and level floors within the Museum, cafe and Collections Centre.
Disabled parking spaces are available upon request, please contact us to arrange.
Wheelchairs are available for hire (free of charge) from the Museum Pay Desk. Visitors can either request a chair upon arrival or pre-book a chair by calling 01926 641188 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot guarantee availability of wheelchairs on arrival as we have a limited number.
There are wide aisles in the hangars ensuring access for pushchairs and wheelchairs is very easy. A limited number of manual wheelchairs and motor scooters (weather permitting) are available for loan on site at no charge, but donations are welcome. These are available on a first come first served basis at the Admissions Desk on arrival in the Visitor Centre.

. Toilets and baby change facilities are available in the Visitor Centre, Test Flight, National Cold War Exhibition and Hangar 1.
The National Cold War Exhibition is on two levels and there are lifts at each end of the building.
Animals, other than registered Assistance Dogs accompanying their owners, are not allowed inside any building. Please be aware that there is no parking with shade on a hot day.
