Make Measurement Matter exhibitor invests further £700K on new technology

Offering specialist contract measurement services, Make Measurement Matter exhibitor Manchester Metrology has recently invested £700k into a range of new high-tech scanning equipment. The company’s HandySCAN Black Elite™ is a new generation of handheld scanners which have been optimised to meet the needs of product development and engineering professionals needing accurate and reliable 3D measurements of physical objects. The new hand-held device is accurate to 0.0009in and is a stand-alone unit requiring no additional hardware for use.

The new HandySCAN Black Elite™ features multiple laser crosses and automatic mesh generation. Combined with the ability to deliver ready-to-use files, and a set up time of less than 2 minutes, the units provide useful time savings for operators as well as great accuracy in a simple, effective and easy to use package.

The new HandySCAN Black Elite™ will be on display on the Manchester Metrology stand at the forthcoming Make Measurement Matter event on March 12th.
